One thing that has made a difference in our shop is the cutting consistency on repeat orders. Once we have a job set up, we can run the same parts without spending much time making adjustments again. The fiber laser cutting machine also handles both mild steel and stainless steel well for the type of work we do. We’ve been able to reduce some of the manual finishing on our parts, which is helpful when we have a lot of pieces to get through. It’s been a practical machine for our day-to-day sheet metal work.

The 4-station CNC wood lathe has been really handy for us, especially when we have several table or chair legs with the same design to make. We can work on four pieces at the same time, which saves quite a bit of time on larger orders. We’ve also tried different shapes and sizes on this CNC wood turning machine, and the results have been good. It took our operators a little while to get used to the machine, but now it’s become part of our regular production.

We mainly use this wood lathe machine for making round wooden parts, especially table legs and similar pieces. What has been useful for us is the ATC function, as we often need to change between different tools during a job. The enclosure is also convenient because it keeps most of the chips inside the working area. We are still getting the most out of all the machine's functions, but for the work we are doing now, it has been working well.

Το χρησιμοποιούμε εδώ και λίγο καιρό στο εργαστήριό μας και μέχρι στιγμής μας έχει βολέψει αρκετά. Κάνουμε κυρίως κοπές και σχέδια σε ξύλο, ανάλογα με την παραγγελία. Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα το ότι μετά τις αρχικές ρυθμίσεις η καθημερινή χρήση είναι σχετικά απλή. Τα αποτελέσματα στις λεπτομέρειες είναι επίσης καλά και δεν χρειάζεται να κάνουμε πολλές διορθώσεις μετά την κατεργασία. Για τη δουλειά που κάνουμε, είναι ένα μηχάνημα που μας έχει λύσει αρκετά τα χέρια.

We bought this CNC router mainly for detailed wood carving and relief work. This decorative panel was one of the projects we made with the machine, and we were impressed with how well it handled the small details and deeper carving areas. The finished relief came out clean and well defined. For our workshop, the machine has been a useful solution for both decorative pieces and custom woodworking projects.

The CNC Router machine is running well and we are very satisfied with its performance so far. It has been working smoothly for our daily woodworking jobs, and the operation is easier than we expected after getting familiar with the machine. All’inizio abbiamo dovuto fare qualche prova con utensili, velocità e parametri di lavorazione, soprattutto perché lavoriamo materiali diversi. Una volta trovate le impostazioni giuste, il lavoro è diventato molto più semplice. L’ATC è comodo soprattutto quando un pezzo richiede più lavorazioni: non dobbiamo fermarci ogni volta per cambiare manualmente l’utensile.

Ci piace anche il fatto che la macchina sia completamente chiusa. Durante la lavorazione di metalli ci sono trucioli e liquido refrigerante, quindi avere tutto più contenuto rende il lavoro in officina più ordinato.

Abbiamo avuto qualche domanda durante la fase iniziale e il team ci ha aiutato a risolverla.

We’ve been using the fiber laser mainly for our regular sheet metal jobs, and overall it has been working well for us. We handle different orders throughout the week, so being able to move from one job to another without a lot of preparation has been important.

There was a little trial and error at the beginning while we were getting the cutting parameters right for the materials we use. After that, things became much more straightforward, and our operator got comfortable with the machine quite quickly.

We’ve also noticed that we can take care of more work in-house instead of sending cutting jobs to another company. That has made scheduling easier for us, especially when we have urgent orders. The machine has been running reliably so far, and the support during the setup was helpful when we needed it.

We bought this 3040 CNC router mainly because we needed something compact for smaller machining jobs, but we also wanted to be able to work with materials like aluminium without filling the workshop with dust and chips. The integrated water tank has been quite useful for that. We’ve used it for small aluminium parts, engraving and some wooden pieces.

We bought the 3040 mainly for smaller jobs and prototyping, so we didn’t want to take up half the workshop with a full-size CNC. It sits nicely on the bench and is easy enough to move around when we need the space for something else.

We’ve been using it for timber, acrylic and some light aluminium work. Most of what we do is custom pieces and small batches, so being able to make a part in-house instead of sending it out has been really useful.

There was a bit of trial and error at the start with feeds, speeds and different cutters, but that’s part of getting used to any CNC. Once we found the settings that work for our materials, we’ve been getting good results. It’s a handy little machine for our workshop and has already paid for itself in the time we’ve saved on small jobs.

Llevamos un tiempo trabajando con esta CNC de sobremesa y, para nuestro tipo de trabajo, nos está funcionando muy bien. La utilizamos sobre todo para grabados, piezas pequeñas de madera y algunos trabajos personalizados en MDF y metacrilato.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el tamaño. No tenemos un taller muy grande y necesitábamos una máquina que pudiéramos tener siempre a mano sin ocupar el espacio de una CNC industrial. Para trabajos pequeños y pedidos personalizados resulta bastante cómoda.
